If your group is larger than our maximum boat capacity, we can arrange a second boat to accommodate your group. The boats sail and tie together, so the group does not split. While docked, you can go from one boat to the other. Ask us about the alternative options.
Our company does not offer transportation services. However, we can arrange a one-way or round-trip taxi/minivan service for your transfer to and from the departure point at an additional cost.

Approximately 25-30 minutes on an average cruising speed of 22-24 knots.
According to Greek port authority regulations, the boat can anchor 50-60 meters away from Balos beach. It is not allowed to go closer due to swimmers in the area. However, the water is shallow (1.5-2m), and you can easily swim to the beach. If you want to stay dry, ask our friendly skipper to take you to the dock. From there you will have to walk to the beach.

Approximately 45′ to 60′. If you are not interested in climbing up to the Fortress, you can stay on the boat, relax and sunbathe, or go to the beach and explore the island. Otherwise, you can snorkel at the famous Gramvousa shipwreck.

Yes, you can. You can ask your skipper to spend all your time at Balos beach and sail by Gramvousa Island without stopping there. In that case, you can stay up to 2 hours in Balos Lagoon.
Between June 15 and September 10, bring your Beachwear, Towels, Sunscreen Hat, and Hiking shoes (if you want to visit the Fortress of Gramvousa). Remember to bring a wind jacket if you book a trip earlier than June 15. The average (low-high) temperature in the Summer (June -August) in Crete is 20-33 degrees, usually without clouds.
For the months of April, May, June (1st half), September (second half), and October, the average temperature may vary between 18-28 degrees. Bring a long-sleeved shirt or a wind -jacket in case of cloudy weather, rain, or a later return to the Port.

All our boats have portable fire extinguishers, a first aid kit, flares, a floating anchor, a spare boat engine or two main engines, a depth sounder, and a geodetic tracking system (GPS tracker). Also, our staff is highly trained in emergencies, following a specific safety protocol.
There are no health restrictions, but please notify us if you have children under the age of 4, if you have a pregnant person in your group, if you have any allergies, or if a person with disabilities.
